Nurses migration and registration
Nurse migration to the Gulf (GCC)
Each Gulf country, and in the UAE each emirate, has its own health authority, exam and licence. We help you choose where to apply and take each step in the right order.
The Gulf is a long-standing destination for nurses from Kerala, but a licence in one place does not carry over to another. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, the rest of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain each license nurses through their own authority, with their own eligibility rules and exam.
Most routes follow a similar pattern: check your eligibility, have your documents verified through primary source verification (usually DataFlow), pass the authority's licensing exam, then secure a job offer so your employer can complete the licence and work visa. We help you plan that sequence for the country you choose.

Frequently asked questions
Does one Gulf licence work in every GCC country?
No. Each country licenses nurses through its own authority, and in the UAE, Dubai and Abu Dhabi have their own authorities as well. An exam passed for one usually does not count for another.
What is DataFlow?
DataFlow is the primary source verification most Gulf health authorities use. It confirms your qualification, registration and experience directly with the issuing institutions before a licence is granted.
Can I take the exam before I have a job offer?
Often yes. Many nurses complete verification and the licensing exam first, which can make them more ready for employers. Check the current rules of the authority you choose.

Please note
Eligibility, exams and licences are decided by each country's health authority, and work visas by that country's government and your employer. Requirements and fees change; confirm them on the official websites. 4 IN LIFE cannot guarantee any outcome.
